One of the best gifts you can give is that of wellness. And at Destination Massage there is wellness in all kinds of ways. You can get Spa Gift Certificate for a specific treatment, or you can purchase a Gift Certificate for a value and let the recipient decide what to do with it. You can add a gratuity to the Gift Certificate if you like.  You can purchase the Gift Certificate or Gift Card by phone, online or in person. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but they never expire.

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guest's right to privacy and serenity.  Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.  We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty service you are requesting.  If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your relaxation and enjoyment.  As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled.  Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

We kindly ask that you give us a 24 HOUR NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you cancel, or NO-SHOW, with less than 24 hour notice, we will have to charge the credit card on file a missed appointment fee of HALF THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE. This is to directly compensate our therapists who have set aside the time for your session.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity.  A cash gratuity of 18-20 percent of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
